WHY ME, WHY NOW?

I still catch myself looking around sometimes, wondering how I ended up here in my career.

There have been struggles. There have been setbacks. But I’m still standing.

And now, I feel called to give others the hope—and the words—I wish I had heard earlier in my journey. If my experiences can help someone navigate theirs with more clarity, courage, or confidence, then it’s worth sharing.

So here we go!

Where Leadership, Identity, and Intention Meet

I am Tiana “Symone” Heath — a leader, speaker, coach, and storyteller with more than 18 years of experience shaping people, teams, and organizational culture. My work sits at the intersection of leadership development, identity, and intentional growth. I help individuals and organizations lead with clarity, communicate with purpose, and build environments where people feel seen, supported, and empowered.

My journey has been shaped by resilience, reinvention, and the courage to evolve. I’ve navigated loss, rebuilt identity, and learned to lead from a place of truth rather than performance. Those lived experiences — paired with nearly two decades in multifamily housing, DE&I, and leadership development — fuel the work I do today.

I don’t teach leadership from theory.
I teach it from life.

MY MISSION

To help people lead with intention — not fear, not ego, not survival mode.
To create spaces where authenticity is a strength.
To guide leaders toward clarity, confidence, and alignment.
To ensure equity is practiced, not performed.

Whether I’m coaching a rising leader, training a team, or speaking to a room of hundreds, my mission is the same: to elevate how people show up for themselves and for others.

MY APPROACH

Human. Honest. Transformational.

I believe leadership is personal. It’s shaped by your story, your values, and the moments that changed you. My approach blends:

I challenge people to grow — not by pushing them harder, but by helping them see themselves more clearly.

MY WORK

Over the past 18+ years, I’ve led teams, developed leaders, built DE&I initiatives, and shaped organizational culture across the multifamily housing industry. I’ve coached executives, mentored emerging leaders, and facilitated workshops that shift how people think about leadership, identity, and equity.

Today, through Symone Speaks, I offer:

My work is grounded in the belief that leadership is not a title — it’s a practice.

MY STORY

I am the product of strong parents, a powerful sisterhood, and a chosen family that held me through transition and transformation. Their influence — and their absence — shaped my resilience, my purpose, and my commitment to intentional living.

My memoir captures that journey: the grief, the rebuilding, the identity shifts, the leadership lessons, and the moments that forced me to choose myself. That story informs everything I teach today.

I am still evolving.
Still learning.
Still becoming.
And I bring that same grace and honesty to the people I serve.

WHY I DO THIS WORK

Because people deserve leaders who are whole.
Because organizations thrive when people feel valued.
Because equity requires courage.
Because leadership is not about perfection — it’s about intention.

I do this work because I’ve lived the consequences of misalignment and the power of transformation. And I want others to experience the freedom that comes from leading with clarity and purpose.

LET’S WORK TOGETHER

If you’re ready to grow, ready to lead differently, or ready to build a culture rooted in intention — I’d love to support your journey.
